Putin orders govt to ready laws for national projects till Dec 15

MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government on Thursday to prepare the laws needed to fulfill national projects until December 15.

The government, the central bank and the Federal Security Service must form a consolidated position until August 15 on the federal laws that regulate digital financial assets and raising of funds with the use of digital technologies.

The government and the regional authorities must analyze until September 20 the measures to provide free healthcare and cut-price pharmaceuticals for people.
